Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a creative, friendly and adaptable caregiver who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. I love outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that make learning fun. I am intentional in my approach, following the parent's lead on house rules and using the parent's preferred method of communication. Flexibility is a strength for me. I understand that every child is unique and I can adapt easily to meet their needs. Above all else, I care about making sure kids feel valued and cared for.
