I hired Elizabeth for a part time position which she accepted. She seemed great and my kids were excited. She just quit on me the week before she was supposed to start and now I am scrambling to find someone else. While she may be a great babysitter I find that to be unprofessional. I wish she had been honest with me in the first place letting me know she still had interviews scheduled that she planned to see through then I would have pursued other candidates.
