I cannot say enough good things about Liz. We initially hired her as a nanny for a few months during the summer until my youngest baby (5 months at the time) started schools/daycare. By the time summer was over, we were all sad to see Liz go. She made all of our lives easier. Our baby, who was initially slightly behind physically due to reflux issues after birth, flourished under Liz; she also became very attached. Her little face would light up when she saw Liz every morning and Liz's would also! Liz was great at keeping her on a schedule, she was patient with her, she was punctual and organized. It's obvious how much she loves what she does, even on the more difficult days. There were a few days she even offered to watch our toddler when he was home from daycare, and he absolutely adored her. She's great with kids of all ages. We still use her to babysit for us when we can; if we were able to have a nanny year-round, we would have definitely kept her. She became family!
