I am a certified Special Education teacher with a Masters in Special Education and have six years of experience providing reading and math intervention to students grades 3-12. Growing up I babysat and tutored my four younger brothers, who each have different disabilities. I learned patience and how to work with any child to teach them. In high school I tutored peers and in college, I tutored at the UConn Writing Center. Outside of education and camping, I love performing with community theaters, creating costumes for Comic-Cons and (attempting to) roller skate.
