Hello, I'm Elizabeth, I go by Elli, and I've been a nanny for 11 years now. I grew up in rural New Hampshire, and moved to the Cleveland area five years ago. I've taken care of newborns to tweens, and everything in between, as well as a variety of furry and feathered family members. I've always found caring for children fulfilling, and having an impact on their lives that they'll take with them into adulthood is wonderful to behold. I prefer to incorporate Montessori style learning and gentle caregiving into my work, with an emphasis on spending time outdoors, reading together often, and a routine to our days that they can anticipate. Elli worked for our family for 4 years, watching our twin girls from the time they were 1 until they went to kindergarten this year. Elli is wonderful with children! Our girls loved her and she was part of our family. She is kind and compassionate, but also give the kids the freedom to learn and play on their own. She followed our preferences for nutrition, schedule and discipline exactly. I never had to worry if my instructions were being followed. Elli is also very punctual and able to work within your schedule. We always knew we could count on her to be there when we needed. Elli is an absolute gem and any family would be lucky to have her!
