About Elizabeth

I call myself a rentable Grandma! When I was a stay-at-home mom I took in 3 other kiddos, "it takes a village"! During Covid I helped a family with their kids stay on track with their school work. I'm up to date on 1st aid and CPR. I'd describe my personality as kind & patient I like working with kids because I love them!! I remember how difficult it was to juggle a family and career, and would like to help a family find their balance. I'm looking for a job that needs a "Mary Poppins", where I can help with kids while keeping them safe and happy. I started working with kids when my daughter was 18 months old. I taught at a Montessori school and was on the board and start up committee of a nursery school. In my spare time, I like to boat & take weekend trips. I also paint, try to knit, and love to read. One thing you should know about me is I'm very empathetic. In 2015 I altruistically donated a kidney. My skills include reading, outside games, and arts and crafts.
