Hello! I live in Oakleaf with my husband, son and two dogs! I love children, having spent most of my life educating myself on caring for young minds. It is important to me that the children I take care of feel loved, safe, and free to explore. I love coming up with new ways to explore various topics of interest! Over the past 10 years, I have nannied infants to 5-year-olds and worked in various day cares. I have worked as a Lead Preschool teacher for over 6 years, which involved planning hands on activities in the subject areas of math, literacy, STEM, etc. Recently, I substituted in school aged classrooms and completed my Masters in Early Childhood Education! During my previous nanny position, in addition to caring for a toddler and preschooler, I also helped with housekeeping and meal prep. We were very happy working with Liz. She was reliable, patient, and very engaging with the kids. She taught our 3.5 year old independence and accountability in a very short period of time. She was very high energy with both kids and everyday was filled with dancing and fun. We really enjoyed our time with Liz and would recommend her to anyone in need of a nanny.
