Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! I'm a mom of four with many years of childcare experience, and my previous babysitting roles have only strengthened my love for working with kids. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and routines. I also make sure to communicate in whatever way families prefer, keeping things clear and consistent. I'm most comfortable caring for one child at a time, which allows me to give each child the individual attention they deserve. I love engaging children through outdoor play, board games, puzzles, and educational activities that encourage learning and creativity.
