Elizabeth has been working with my family for over a year since my son was only 3 months old and I can’t think of a better care taker for him. It has been an incredible relief to trust 100% that he is with someone safe, incredibly attentive and fun. At every stage of his development, Elizabeth has addressed his changing needs seamlessly, quickly recognizing changes and helping shape new routines, including teaching him to nap on his own (which has been an enormous help with night sleep!). She pays everything an incredible amount of attention and checks in with me on every important aspect of his day and development. She is also very fun and active, ensuring lots of appropriate stimulation and engagement. My son really loves her and they have a very special bond. She is always punctual, communicative and flexible. We have also had 3 different nanny shares over the course of the year+ (all planned to be temporary from the beginning of the shares) as well as lots of days where she has helped friends and family with unexpected childcare needs. She has quickly won over each baby/kid and juggled their different needs and stages easily. Highly recommended!
