About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as kind, cheerful, and patient. I like caring for seniors because they have such interesting stories and life experiences! And I believe they deserve compassion and companionship. I'm looking for a job that will provide me an opportunity to use my experience and ease the burden on families. I started caring for seniors in 2020. I started working as a personal assistant for a medical school professor and also cared for his wife, who had Alzheimer's Disease. In my spare time, I like to read or watch TV. I enjoy walking and yoga. I also enjoy singing in my church choir. One thing you should know about me is that I believe in the power of presence. I believe that everyone deserves a kind smile and words of encouragement. It is important to me to provide a listening ear, understanding, and laughter. My skills include assistance with dressing, bathing, and toileting. I also can help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
