Hi there! Detailed: I remember the small things--whether it's a favorite treat or a special route to take on walks, it goes a long way in showing others (both human and animal!) that you value them! Creative: my full time job is in the arts! This translates especially well to pet sitting, as every animal is different and a single type of approach won't work for everyone. I take a lot of joy in looking at things from multiple points of view. Measured: I remain calm in stressful situations--I react to emergencies in very solution-oriented ways. I will always place the needs of the pet first, but I will do so in a thoughtful and organized way. I've been around animals for most of my life--when I moved around as a kid, our golden retriever was a constant source of joy! What I love most about working with animals is taking that time to build trust. Pets are a boundless source of unconditional love, and when you take the time to make them feel safe, it's incredibly rewarding.
