I have been in the early childhood education and development field as a parent educator, an infant and toddler caregiver, and an infant and toddler sleep consultant for over 30 years. I love spending time with infants and toddlers and love talking with parents about parenting! If you are looking for a kind, gentle, experienced caregiver to spend time with your little one, let's see if we might be a good fit to work together. I have a degree in early childhood education and development and have been trained in postpartum care, infant and toddler care, breastfeeding support, nutrition, and childbirth education. I currently teach newborn care classes at Yale New Haven Health and have a private practice offering infant and toddler sleep consultations to families all over the country. I have three grown children and two grandkids. I'm comfortable around pets, and happy to help with household tasks.

Elizabeth has been an incredible asset to our family over the last few months. My daughter was only two and a half months old when Elizabeth started with us. I was apprehensive about having someone help with my daughter when she was so young, and Elizabeth immediately relieved my fears and anxieties about this. Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, supportive to the whole family and extremely intuitive to my daughter and my family's needs. Our family consists of our infant daughter and two toddlers, our house can be chaotic at times. Elizabeth's presence in the home made things more manageable and more calm. She provided our daughter with a high standard of attentive care, love and developmentally helpful play. Elizabeth took diligent notes about our daughter's care and always welcomed feedback in order to provide the most helpful care to our family. Elizabeth was able to help our daughter get on a more routine schedule for feeding and napping and helped our toddler son with sleep difficulties using her sleep consultation services. Elizabeth began supporting our family during a very stressful time period and we were able to provide a more calm and stable environment for our children thanks to her. We are very grateful to her and HIGHLY recommend her services.
