Elizabeth (Nicki) was very sweet, responsible & knowledgeable caregiver for approx. 5 months until we lost my Dad. Her smile Lights up the room & she could engage Dad in relaxing conversation - but great at knowing when he needed to rest too :). Dad needed total care / Hoyer lift and Nicki knew how to use all equipment safely & was great teammate with our other caregivers ! Her compassionate spirit was a blessing to our family !
