We were "ghosted" by Elizabeth. Messaged her weeks in advance to arrange for childcare when we were on vacation in Virginia Beach, she agreed, so we did not look for further options. Then, unfortunately she decided not to respond the day before our trip. Fortunately, we were able to hire someone else, but it did add a fair bit of stress having this last minute hurdle. I would not trust my children with someone who behaves in such an unprofessional and unreliable manner.
