As a nanny, I incorporate the fundamentals of my degree into my work, along with engaging educational activities, to provide a positive and enriching experience for the children I care for. In addition to my academic background, I bring real-world experience as a mother to a 3-year-old daughter, as well as extensive experience caring for an intelligent 2-year-old boy within a great family for over a year. As this chapter comes to a close with the family I have been working with, I am excited to offer my expertise as a nanny to another family in need. I consider myself a well-rounded individual, having worked with youth for over 10 years. If you need someone that is reliable, punctual, patient and wonderful with kiddos I highly recommend Elizabeth. We feel really lucky to have found her, she is wonderful with our son, who she mainly cares for, and our daughter, who is on the spectrum and typically steers clear of people, also has taken to Elizabeth. She is experienced, professional, and really cares about the kids she takes care of. The other great thing is that our son is flourishing, she is always teaching him and showing him how things work. He enjoys spending time with her daughter (we love that he gets to socialize with her daughter who is an absolute sweetheart and has become his good friend). She provides a calm and safe presence for the kids, and keeps our little guy fed, changed, happy and knows how to handle even his tougher moodier days.
