About Elizabeth

Hi there! I'm Liz. I'm originally from the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. I just moved to New York from Ohio, where worked as the lead caregiver for a memory care unit. I am both CPR and first aid certified through the American Red Cross. I am an experienced in-home caregiver, and I also have 11 years hospital experience as a patient care assistant. I am a fun-loving, down to earth, compassionate, and a hard-working individual. I have many hobbies including gardening, jewelry making, stone collecting, singing, traveling, hiking and so many more. I love to laugh and make others smile. Taking care of people, especially the elderly, is my passion. I have lots of experience caring for hospice, dementia, and Alzheimer's patients. I will be attending college in the spring to finish my bachelor's in science and nursing. My goal is to specialize in alternative end of life care, and open my own practice.
