About Elizabeth

I'd describe my personality as positive, loyal, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I love the way that kids experience the world. I'm looking for a job that has an encouraging environment that provides opportunities for me to get to not only care for but get to know my clients and their life stories. I started working with kids when I was in elementary school as a mother's helper. Since then I have been a nanny, classroom assistant in an Early Childhood Education center and in an elementary school, and have worked as a postpartum RN. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, family, and friends. We enjoy cooking, spending time in nature, doing puzzles, and checking out local restaurants. One thing you should know about me is that I am a dependable person who values commitment and good communication. My skills include newborn care including overnights, creating engaging and enriching activities for children, and helping with tasks around the home.
