Hello! I have been a caregiver of various sorts for a decade. My experience ranges from senior care and special needs, to several years as a nanny. My senior care experience has been largely through agencies and with multiple clients on my schedule at any given time. I'm currently looking for either multiple part-time positions or one full-time client. I was surprised that the attribute my senior care clients seem to appreciate the most is my laid-back personality. I do believe in getting done what needs to be done, but I find that most elders prefer a more relaxed pace. When assigned a task, though, I am quite thorough in my work. I offer companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, pet care, transportation (preferably using the client's vehicle), meal prep, medication monitoring, mobility/transfer assistance, and generally anything needed to ensure quality of life for my client.
