My kids loved Lizzie and most of the time she felt like family. Unfortunately there were several times where she just would not show up to work because she went out the night before. This caused many problems and lack of trust for us. She also lied to us about her sister going to the hospital but actually just skipped work to stay at home. She request a lot of time off without advanced notice. She was also always on her phone when with our kids. We wished it worked out.
