About Elizabeth

Here's a little bit about me. My name is Elizabeth, but I prefer to be called Liz. I am a mother of 3 sons and a grandmother to 2 beautiful granddaughters, whom I adore. I also had another very important person in my life, my mother. I, personally took care of my mother for over 10 years. My mother suffered from mental illness, diabetes, depression and obesity. I assisted her with daily activities, which included, bathing, dressing and medication reminders. I provided her with meals, washed her clothes, cleaned her room and assisted her with daily exercises. Although at times it was hard, I dedicated my time to giving back to my once then caregiver, provider and nurturer. My mom was my everything and providing the proper care she needed and making sure she was taken care of not only my duty and honor, it made me feel at ease, and gave her a sense of dignity. I did it with love and therefore, it never felt like a job. Rest assure that I will take care of your loved one like family.
