About Elissa

Four years as a Professional Educator at the Monarch School working with neurologically different children on the Multidisciplinary Psychology Team. Recently left Monarch to spend more time on graduate work and seeking employment with families who have a need for a care giver for their child/children with or without special needs. Certified in First Aid and CPR for all ages. Have a passion working with kids and currently have my M. Ed in school counseling. I was in between jobs when COVID began and I am looking to help families relieve some stress during these times. I am happy to help out while the whole family is home, or staying home with the kids. I love to play games, be outside, crafts, and teaching of course!

Elissa has provided outstanding care for our four boys ranging in age from 6 years old to 3 months. She takes a hands-on approach with the children and integrates learning concepts instead of putting them in front of video games. She is amazingly patient with children and I would highly recommend her.
