Though we have not met her, Elissa seems so sweet and looks to be an awesome caregiver. We booked her for an early Friday morning with our son, but that Thursday evening at 7pm, she messaged us that she forgot she had another commitment and backed out. This put us in a tricky spot, though everyone is human and we understand this does happen! However, going forward, we will not risk booking with her again.
