About Elisia

Elisia is a true gem! You will be so grateful you hired her! She is responsible, reliable, communicative, warm, loving, and fun! She mainly cared for my 16-month-old daughter, but she also spent time caring for my 3-year-old daughter, and she was amazing with them both! I was so impressed with how quickly Elisia formed a connection with my daughters and got into the rhythm of our routine. When I was initially explaining everything to her, she asked thoughtful, proactive questions, and I could tell right away that she was an excellent caregiver. She then seamlessly took over and even exceeded my expectations. Understandably, there is sometimes an adjustment period with a new caregiver, but with Elisia, everything felt so easy! My girls loved her and were well cared for right from the start! She was always active, attentive, and responsive. She struck a great balance between following the schedule and routine we had in place while also knowing how and when to adjust based on what my daughters needed in the moment. I always knew that my daughters were in excellent hands. In addition to caring for my two girls, she also took wonderful care of my dog and cat. Literally everyone loves her (including me!). As a language enthusiast, I especially appreciated her incorporating some Portuguese and Brazilian culture into the activities! She is incredibly skilled in so many ways and will be successful wherever she goes. I wholeheartedly recommend Elisia! I am so grateful for her and have no doubt that she will be just as valuable to her future families as she was to ours!
