About Elisha

I am a professional nanny, homeschool teacher/tutor, caregiver, cleaner, organizer and mom. I have worked as a private in home nanny, care facilities as a caregiver, in the community and my home. I have helped families unhoard homes, cleaned, organized, set up schedules and budgets, assisted with doctor visits, and medications. I have 15+ years of experience caring for children including infants to teenagers. I have 9yrs experience working with children and adults who have intellectual disabilities or staff for varying reasons in their homes full-time. I enjoyed working with them on their goals and provided meaningful, safe, and fun activities. I have done several behavior management trainings, trained in redirection, and positive redirection. I believe in responding rather then reacting, learning the why behind behaviors, teaching expectations, and natural consequences.
