I have known Elise for about five years. Elise and I are coworkers at an Adult Day Health Program in Natick, MA. I am The Recreation Director and Elise is The Social Worker. We primarily work with clients that are mostly diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's. The work is challenging and demands energy, patience, commitment, and a positive healthy attitude. Elise has all the great qualities and more. She fully engages the clients on a daily basis. They love her caring sweet personality and professionalism. The family's never hesitate to contact her and she is always willing to address any concerns they may have. We also have an inter-generational program with childcare and the kids immediately migrate towards her they love her humor and energy. Elise is not only extremely professional, she is sweet, very approachable, very bright and ambitious. I haven't met a person that doesn't enjoy seeing her on a daily basis.
