About Elise

I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because they are fun and completely themselves, which causes you to look at the world or yourself differently. I always wanted to be a teacher growing up because I was passionate about helping kids be their best selves. I started working with kids when I was 13. In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, visit friends, and play sports. One thing you should know about me is I worked at a day camp in the summer of 2021. I was responsible for looking after 11 elementary-aged campers. I worked with other counselors to run activities for the kids and participated in them. My skills include responsibility, diverse range of interest, and quick-thinking.
