I am 51 years old mother to four amazing children from almost 25 - 14 yrs old. I have over 25 years of experience that I can bring to your household and implement with your children. I love nothing more than spending my day with little ones. I've worked at a five star daycare, and have many many hours of a credited classes. I am very hands-on and keep the kids active. With that being said, I love to be outdoors. And I like to take the children to parks or just a adventure. I always like to set aside some time during the day to implement learning. So I do an age appropriate lesson plan. While your child is napping or playing independently, I can run a vacuum, do dishes and do laundry. I like to make use of my time. I try and keep up on the house so when you return home it's less for you to do. I live in downtown Mooresville and would prefer to stay somewhat local. Elise has been caring for our family for over four years. Elise has shown nothing but love and encouragement to my children since the day she met them. When Elise came to our family, we had no idea she would become such a big part of it! She is caring, thoughtful, and just flat out amazing. In addition to caring for my children, Elise also assisted us with light housework and meal prep and our pets. She plays an active role in their education and works diligently to help them sharpen their preschool fine motor skills and early reading skills. She plays with my children and keeps them entertained. She does not rely on TV or electronics. Elise makes sure my boys are active. She consistently takes them to the park, playground, and the pool. The greatest gift she has shared with my children is accountability. She helps them work through their choices and figure out how to better handle the situation the next time. Even though it is time for Elise to move on to a new family, she, certainly, will always be a part of ours.
