About Elise

I started working in childcare when I was only 13, volunteering at a summer camp for K-5th. I have 8 years of paid experience and I've always been passionate about entertaining kids. Growing up with a little sister started my passion for childcare because there was something about keeping her entertained that just came naturally. My approach to childcare stems from where I started. I love to play video games, board games, or any game that I think the kids will have fun with. I also have experience helping kids with homework, tasks, routines, and anything else they might need help doing. I believe in open communication and always strive to follow the parents' preferred communication method. Ive worked with families with more routine and ones that are more laid back. I always follow the parents lead with what they are comfortable with. I have a friendly demeanor, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various age groups, from infants to preteens.
