Elise is honest and confident in her care-giving skills. She listens to your needs and works hard to make a good fit with the family. She makes independent decisions, but always checks with the family to understand what they want or need. She used a number of useful and creative strategies to deal with a variety of issues that arose with our family member. Elise is easy to talk to and great with pets. I highly recommend Elise!
