Hi! My name is Elisa, and caring for children has been my passion for over 15 years. I started babysitting at age 13 and recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. My strongest experience is with infants. I spent 3 years as a Lead Infant Teacher caring for babies ages 6 weeks to 15 months, supporting feeding schedules, diapering, tummy time, developmental milestones, and daily communication with families. I also worked as a Toddler Teacher with children ages 15-24 months. In addition, I have experience assisting in classrooms with children ages 2-4, preschool, pre-k, and school-age children up to 12 years old. I was promoted to Program Specialist, where I trained staff, supported classrooms of all ages, and assisted with center operations. I also temporarily served as Acting Center Director. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

We love Elisa! We first met her as my son's daycare teacher, where she worked with him from newborn to toddler. We brought her on as a babysitter as our family grew. She's great with kids, babies, and our big dogs. Needless to say our house can be a little chaotic but she's always cool and calm. Elisa is courteous and always leaves our home cleaner than when she arrived. Would highly recommend!
