I'd describe my personality as kind, engaged, and empathetic. I am passionate about care for seniors because they are the most vulnerable population of people in our communities. I just finished working as a caregiver on a rehab floor in a nursing home and was devastated to witness the low quality of care the residents are receiving. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with compassion, spoken to kindly and always shown empathy, regardless of cognition level or physical/mental disabilities; they deserve to be aware of what's going on at all times even if they need frequent reminders that they are safe and everything is ok. Your loved one will have a voice with me. They will be listened to, respected, and loved.

There are unique individuals who have the ability to exhibit mastery in multiple situations of often high stress and demanding conditions AND do it with grace and sensitivity. Elisabeth is one of these rare, wonderful people. Emotionally intelligent and "up to the task" every time has been my now , extensive, experience with her. Her natural, love for humankind, yes she's one of us, not an angel, towards my friend's mother make me score her with highest marks and recommendations.
