About Elinor

I started working with kids when I turned 16, but I was babysitting for friends and family long before that. Once I left high school, I spent a year studying early childhood development and education, with a focus on preschool aged children. I left my education so I could assist my sister and take care of my nephew on a more full time basis. In my spare time, I like to read books, learn new skills, and swim. I have five children of my own so spare time is hard to come by. One thing you should know about me is I am very nurturing and communicative. Your children will always be given reasons behind any rules or expectations, and they will be shown Grace if they make mistakes. I believe in a gentle and compassionate environment being ideal to help little minds grow and thrive. I have do two toddlers of my own who are home with me full time. They're 2. 5 and 1. 5-year-old boys. They would need to accompany me to work but they're very sweet boys who love making new friends.
