Conducted an in person interview with El for a nanny position for my 10 month old son. She was very kind, but had limited child care experience. My husband and I were willing to give her an opportunity with a trial day. Unfortunately the day before the trial day she cancelled due to a family emergency. She requested to reschedule for another day during the same week, but when a new date/time was suggested she did not respond and there was no follow up.
