About Elianne

My experience with childcare is diverse and well rounded! I began babysitting at 14 and maintained jobs with a few families until I began full-time seasonal mountain bike coaching during the summers. I coached for 4 years with Crested Butte Devo, for one year as a junior coach, and three as a head coach. I worked with age groups from 6-14 years, and worked with kids to tackle goals in their lives as mountain bikers, as well as being there for them and supporting them through the challenges of growing up. I worked with one group for a three season period, and watched them advance their mountain bike skills and learn great life lessons! I am passionate about getting kids outside and allowing them to get experiences that help them value the outdoors and understand their surroundings and personal abilities. I love to hang out with kids of all age ranges and find awesome activities that everyone can enjoy!
