Hi there, I'm Eliana, a 19-year-old UMBC student. Becoming a caregiver was a natural step after enjoying my previous babysitting roles. I'm passionate about supporting families and offering reliable care. My approach is patient and calm, and I strive to be friendly and approachable with every child. I have 2 years of experience caring for children aged 4-11, and I'm comfortable watching up to two children at a time. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup, as well as regular texts or calls, and I always follow your preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, educational games, and even some technology-based games with children. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, too. I believe in creating a fun and safe environment for your little ones.
