About Eliana

I have experience working with kids across several different positions. I have worked as a tutor, an extended day teacher, and an RBT across school, in home, and in clinic settings. All of these jobs have reinforced my passion for working with children and helping others in a positive way. These positions have improved my skills in working with children, and make me more confident in providing excellent care. I take a very calm and patient apprach with children, but believe in enforcing boundaries in a predictable and kind way. Additionally, I have two years of experience working as a caregiver for adults with mental and physical disabilities. I also recently graduated with my BA in Psychology.
