I interviewed Eliana when I was looking for childcare after my maternity leave. As a first-time mom, I wanted a nanny while I worked from home because my baby was still so little and I wasn’t ready to start with a daycare just yet. I was still figuring out how to balance working and having someone care for my baby in the house, but Eliana made the process so much easier. She came and did a complimentary hour so I could see firsthand how she interacted with my 3-month-old at the time. She picked up on my baby’s cues very quickly and helped create a schedule that my baby actually still follows today. She is truly the perfect baby nanny. Eliana takes her job seriously and genuinely wants what’s best for the baby. She was always on time and would give plenty of advance notice if she might be delayed—which rarely ever happened. Having her in our home felt like having a trusted friend watching my child, which is exactly what you hope for as a parent. She communicates clearly, is very transparent, and works with you to make sure your baby’s needs—and your preferences as a parent—are met.
