Elfreda took care of my mother from February of this year until her passing June 5th. My mother loved to cook and Elfreda made it possible for her to have this joy by following my mother's instructions to the letter as they prepared meals together. She took care of my mother's physical needs, while allowing my mother her dignity and privacy. Elfreda fit in with the family wonderfully always keeping professional boundaries. No job was too small or too big within the scope of her duties. She worked independently and didnt have to be directed through each task. She utilized a communication book in the home, ensuring continuity of care. My mother said repeatedly " she takes such good care of me". For me this was comforting as I live in another state. Elfreda was concerned about my mother as a human being, not a client. Her concern for my father, a man who's wife was dieing resonated deeply with our family. Elfreda will be a welcome presence as a caregiver for your loved one. Ethel
