About Elena

From May of 2021 to September of 2022 I worked as a recreational gymnastics coach in Los Gatos, CA. I coached kids aged 2-12 in gymnastics, and also worked summer camps and birthday parties there. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor for Two Sentinels Girl Scout Camp in 2022 and 2023, and plan on volunteering again in 2024. For this camp I am certified by the Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid, Lifeguarding, and Wilderness First Aid. I was also a Girl Scout from Kindergarten through Senior year, and am now a lifetime member. Through the GSNorCal organization I volunteered from age 13-18 at various camps as a junior counselor. Through all of these experiences I have learned a great amount about interacting with children of almost all ages and I am confident in my ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive in.
