About Elena

I like working with kids because children deserve love and patience, and to be shown the magic of life and learning. I am able to give them that, and in doing so, am reminded of the magic in my own life. Kids have little twinkles in their hearts and souls. That twinkle is contagious. I started babysitting for my cousins at a young age. It started with just being the "big kid", and before I knew it I was walking all the cousins to the park. I babysat on and off through high school but didn't have the time to commit to a consistent schedule. I've spent the past 9 months babysitting and have recently begun work at a daycare. In my spare time, I like to do arts and crafts, tend to my plants, or play with my cats. In the coolor months I love to go outside and hike, kayak, and camp!
