Elena has all the qualities of a great caregiver! She exudes goodness, is prompt, responsive, and thoughtful. My children ages 11, 7, 5, and 5 all love her, which is miraculous in itself. She has come twice now to babysit for our family, once where she put the kids to bed, and another time I came home and the kids were happily playing a board game with her. Both times the kids were very happy, and I came home to a tidy kitchen! The best thing about Elena is that she is playful (she has experience in dance education!), and she simultaneously has a calming demeanor that transfers to my kids when she is with them. SO thankful for her!
