Hi all! My name is Elena. I am a creative, nurturing and patient individual with 10+ years experience caring for children of all ages. I spent four years working and teaching in a private, bilingual nursery/preschool in Germany where I cared for little ones ages 5 months - 3 years old. I currently work part time for a family with two kids (1. 5 & 5) and I've been with them since their youngest was 3 months old. I absolutely love the early stages and am very comfortable with babies and toddlers. I also do dog/house sitting/walking. I'm a big dog lover and have years of dog sitting experience so please reach out if you're in need of dog walking &/or house sitting. Unfortunately I'm allergic to cats, so I won't be able to work with any families that have cats. I'm looking forward to the possibility of working with your family!

Elena was our daughter's daycare teacher in Germany and we frequently hired her for babysitting outside of the daycare hours when we had a need. She loves children and is fully engaged with them bringing more than enough ideas on how to keep them entertained and happy with music, active play or crafts. Our daughter adored Elena and was always excited to spend an evening in her company. Having worked in daycare with many small children, Elena definitely knows all the tricks in how to calm a toddler down, settle them for a nap and convince to eat those "yucky" vegetables. We were very sad to learn that Elena will be moving away, otherwise we would have continue hiring her to babysit our daughter. Whoever is going to work with her in the future - your kids are lucky!
