I'm writing in recommendation for Elena I., who worked for our family in a full time capacity for 5 years starting in 2015 until we moved in 2020. Elena was an extremely responsible caregiver for my two daughters, taking care of everything from meals, transportation, laundry and more- she cared for them like they were her own, teaching them how to be thoughtful, active and caring. Elena is extremely organized and reliable, with both parents in our household working full-time +, she worked 50+ hours each week. We also traveled with Elena on occasion, and left our children in her care for more than a week at a time on several occasions. Elena is no-drama and a good communicator, she listens and discusses approaches to addressing problems with children's behavior (or in the home) to find a solution that you both will be able to execute on seamlessly.
