Elena came to clean our home & was on time & did a good job other than I asked her to Swiffer the MRBA 2 times and she never did. The 3 stars is due to poor communication. She speaks NO English only Russian. I asked her to come back & she said ok when she returned from her trip but never did so I reached out & she said she would text us when home but again never did. I have texted her 2 more times since and she seems not to need the money maybe.
