I have been a nanny for 4 years, but I have decided to go back to college to become a nurse! :) My goal is to become an RN so I can help individuals dealing with mental illness and/or acute and chronic illnesses. I have experienced first hand what it is like to have a loved one who has mental illness that affects their daily life. My grandmother has vascular dementia and bipolar disorder. My mother is the primary caregiver and I help her when she is working. I would be happy to provide care that includes daily bathing/dressing, errands, light housekeeping, pet care, planning activities and outings, transportation to appointments, managing schedules, creating routine, meal prep etc. I am comfortable doing most tasks that would help your loved one!
