We Hired Elena to watch our 4mo old. Elena cared for our son 2 days a week while both of us were at work. She is very thorough in following directions and adjusts her care-giving style to fit the need of the parents. She is well adverse at bottle feeding and is highly skilled at getting our son down for long necessary naps. Elena watched our son each week until he was about 10 months old. During this time, she assisted in our son's development by ensuring his playtime was full of developmental games. We saw firsthand how well she was teaching our son when we came home, and she showed us him standing on his own. Elena each day communicated with both parents to make sure she is caring for the child to our satisfaction and to see if anything new is added to the child's schedule such as new food, new nap schedules, etc. Also, at the end of the day, she provides parents which an incredibly detailed honest explanation of what happened throughout the day. She is Amazing, Caring, and Kind!
