Prior to her demise has been incredibly hard on both of us, she was not only suffering from Alzheimer/dementia, but was completely immobile. It allowed me to understand how challenging and difficult the lifestyle changes can be, not only for the person needing assistance, but also the family with a loved one in need of constant or, partial care. I provide each person with outstanding care with :compassion, kindness, patience, dependability, punctuality, encouragement and respect based on their individual needs and preferences.

Elena took care of my husband for the last 2 years of his life and was an exceptional caregiver. Her communication skills are outstanding and she goes out of her way to ensure everyone knows what she is doing. I trusted her to train new caregivers because she is an excellent teacher and leader. She has excellent observation skills and will give the highest quality care. She got along well with other team members and our family. She would make an excellent addition to any care-giving team with her positive, cheerful, supportive attitude!
