About Elena

I'd describe my personality as confident, organized, and upbeat. I like working with kids because they are honest and fun. My degrees are in social work and psychology, so I am experienced in behavior management and really enjoy it. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and fluid. I am open to a variety of tasks and am very well versed in child development. I started working with kids babysitting in high school. I also nannied in the summers during college, however most recently is my professional experience with kids and teens experiencing a wide variety of behavior issues and high support needs. In my spare time, I like to exercise, eat chocolate and hang out with my friends. My skills include time management, behavior management and intervention, and play style education.
