About Eleanor

Hi! I am a patient, gentle, and fun 28-year-old who would love to be your family's tutor! I graduated with my bachelors degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2019. Go Knights! Since then, I have been working as a substitute teacher at McKitrick Elementary School, Martinez Middle School, and Steinbrenner High School. Being a substitute teacher has given me the unique opportunity to learn and understand the best teaching styles for different ages. I have worked with students of all grade levels and all intellectual levels. I see firsthand every day how students get lost in the education system. It breaks my heart. There are just too many students in the classrooms and not enough teachers. I have also witnessed students completely transform from struggling to now excelling because of having 1-on-1 help for a few hours outside of school.
