We hired Elbie From November of 2022 to February 2023 as a night nanny for our newborn twin boys. I was extremely happy with Elbie's performance she was reliable, hard working, intelligent and warm. She was extremely proactive in caring for the babies, she didn't just feed them and soothe them through the night she would fold their laundry, cut their nails, change their outfits and tidy up their room anywhere she could help she would. She often offered to do more without being asked. While in my home she was extremely respectful of our space and our family. She has great communication skills; during her employment she was direct if she needed something or thought the twins would benefit from something, she made helpful suggestions and even recommended a sleep training method and helped us implement it. I highly recommend hiring her!
